Prayer in Worship

Prayer takes a number of forms, voices, and moods in corporate worship. We speak for ourselves. Leaders speak on our behalf. We are silent. We move. We listen. We sing. We tell the truth. We connect with others. Perhaps more than any other worship action, prayer gives shape to our truest thoughts and feelings about God and roots us in relationship with God, our neighbors, and ourselves.
